Need Help with UMPI YourPace Application Process

Hi everyone,
I've already submitted my UMPI YourPace application for the session starting on March 10, and so far, I've only received an email with my application number. However, I'm still quite confused about the next steps in the application process. I've searched through the official website and various wikis, but I haven't been able to find clear answers.
Currently, I have the following three things ready:

1. My transcript evaluation from WES,
   
2. A sufficient Duolingo English Test score,
   
3. A Sophia account with completed courses that I plan to transfer.
   

I have a couple of questions and would really appreciate any guidance:

1. What should I do next to secure my admission? Do I need to send my English test scores and WES transcript first, and will I only be admitted after they are reviewed and approved?
   
2. When and how should I transfer my Sophia credits to UMPI?
   

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to answer or read this post! ?

You have WES and Duo Lingo send your transcripts to edocs@maine.edu (they must come from them as student-submitted files would not be official), and you send your Sophia credits to edocs@maine.edu from the Credly website via the Transcript option there.

Thank you for your help! I just created a Credly account and sent my Sophia courses to UMPI through it, (I hope it success because Credly didn't send me an email confirming whether the transcript was sent successfully.) I also sent my Duolingo English Test score. After I pay a fee to WES to send my transcript, do I just need to wait for UMPI’s response?

I recently submitted my documents to UMPI and have already registered a UMPI email.
Now, I am waiting for my transfer credit report. I hope the information below will help anyone reading this post.

As an international student, I submitted three things for my application:

Transcript evaluation through the WES official website.
English test results sent via Duolingo.
Sophia credits sent via Credly.

Basically, it's a waiting game with any institution you apply to, they'll process it and send you an acceptance email, along with another email asking for confirmation on enrolling for the session. There is no specific date they'll send confirmation, that's why you have to do things well before the deadline as people have fallen through the cracks...
