They're still only accepted by TESU because of their ACE status. And only for specific courses.

Unaccredited/improperly accredited but ACE is, essentially, exactly what Penn Foster is.

Penn Foster is NA, and then they get some of their courses ACE-recommended for credit.  This is why TESU will accept those particular courses (they don't take non-ACE NA courses from PF). EC will take PF courses whether or not they're ACE, because they accept NA credit.
