Your spreadsheet looks fantastic imo, great start. Bio on sdc os broken down into small bits that are easier to digest with quizzes after each section, imo their course is nicely structured, just my $0.02

A thing to note is that you can bring in more upper level courses into umpi, depending on how fast you want to move once you're enrolled, and your goals.

I would do the BABA Management and Leadership since this is a better degree.

Starting from scratch, this only takes 1-2 weeks longer than a BLS, which is a small amount of time in the grand scope of life.

Though not required, you could take the Study.com Sales and Negotiation courses for your electives since this matches your career.
