CLEP code for international institution

I'm taking CLEP tests in a few days to fulfill admission requirements for university in Norway. The government board that handles admissions lists their "designated institution" AP code (6691) so they can access scores directly, but nothing for CLEP. Would this likely be the same number, or is there somewhere I can look this up for certain? I've been trying to reach them to verify, but since applications have started, it's pretty much impossible to get through.

I would look on the College Board website as they have a full list there. If not when you go to take the exam, if you are taking the computerized version, it will give you a place to find and select your school code. I would also assume your test center would have a list of the school codes. If all that fails you will just have to order a transcript after your grade posts to your account and have it sent to your school. Good luck!

Another option would be to select "NOT LISTED" if your university indeed does not show on the screen where you designate your institution. When you choose this option, your test center should have a form for you to complete/sign which will be faxed to CLEP with your institution's complete mailing address. Make sure you bring the mailing address (along with a department or individual's name if needed) with you to the test center and the administrator should know what to do.

This option is always available, whether your institution is in the US or on the other side of the world. The key is you must have the mailing address, your test center must provide this form (Score Report Request Form), and your test center must mail or fax this form to CLEP within 24 hours of your test date. The request is free of charge as long as you take care of this before leaving the test center. If you forget and it is now the next day (or several days later), you will need to use the traditional method of ordering a transcript for a fee.
