Lightbulb
Hi all, I am 16.  I am almost finished passing all the CLEP and DSST to fulfill the General Ed and remaining Liberal Art elective requirements.

I am looking for ways to earn credit for the following Upper Level exams (listed as of 9/2018):

Introduction to Computer Science - ITE 101 or ITE 102
Networking and Data Communications - ITE 220
Fundamentals of Information Security - ITE 145
Legal Issues in Information Security - CSS 146
Managing Risk in Information Systems - CSS 230
Security Policies & Implementation - CSS 245
Auditing IT Infrastructure for Compliance - CSS 345
Access Controls, Authentication and PKI - CSS 346
Fundamentals of Network Security - CSS 435
System Forensics, Investigations and Response - CSS 436
Hacker Techniques, Tools and Incident Handling - CSS 437
Security Strategies for Web Apps and Social Networking - CSS 438
Security Strategies for Windows OS/Applications - CSS 347
Cyberwarfare - CSS 448

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

The 3 free TEEX cyber security courses come in to TESU as:
Computer Security
Introduction to Cybersecurity
Intro to Security Basics
Not sure what COSC would take them as.

You could get intro to comp sci from an alt credit source pretty cheap

CSU global CBEs have a few that may help:
Basic Programming
ITS320EX (3 credits)

Information Technology Project Management
ITS400EX (3 credits)

Database Management
ITS410EX (3 credits)

Principles of Cyber Security
ITS415EX (3 credits)

Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing
ITS425EX (3 credits)

Digital Forensics and Investigations
ITS455EX (3 credits)

Information Security Legal and Ethical Issues
ITS460EX (3 credits)

Information Systems Design and Management
MIS300EX (3 credits)

Information Systems Analysis and Design
MIS350EX (3 credits)

Cloud Computing and Big Data
MIS440EX (3 credits)

https://csuglobal.edu/undergraduate/alte...d-exam-cbe

From DSST there's:
Computing and Information Technology (formerly Introduction to Computing)
Ethics in Technology NEW!
Fundamentals of Cybersecurity (UL)
Management Information Systems

If you post everything that you've already completed that would help.

As always: verify with your academic adviser that a test/course will meet your degree requirements before taking it.

I am not sure if this will help, but here is an old thread documenting another member's method to obtaining this degree:

I don't know what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future.
