Last year I send in for evaluation to COSC and TESU all my college credits. They both did the degree evaluation. Do I have an official transcript with them to order? Is this unofficial an evaluation or official transcript?:confused:

If you didn't enroll in either school then NO you don't have an official transcript with them, you have a evaluation. You can always do the TESU transcript service if you are looking to consolidate credits to one transcript.

Excelsior and Charter Oak both offer their own versions of credit registries too. Excelsior calls it OneTranscript and COSC calls it a credit registry.

Does enroll mean pay? I did pay a fee of some kind. I did not take a class. I still can log into ARCON at COSC a year later. It let me order one for FREE. I will soon see?

Thomas Edison State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide 24/7 online transcript ordering to our students and alumni. The cost per transcript is $15.
I will wait to see it COSC (FREE) is real before I order $15 to TESU.

Sounds like you paid an application fee, which is not the same as enrolling. If you didn't enroll, I'd be shocked if either of those schools give you a transcript, since you were never a student there and they charge larger fees for credit-banking transcripts. But maybe you'll get lucky.

Transfer the courses to TESU, pass an easy TECEP, wait for the TECEP to post at the end of the term, and then you're done. Easy peasy.
