California Real Estate Exam
#1
Hi,

I am looking into becoming a CA Real Estate or Broker. I was wondering if anyone is licensed in CA and has some advice on the process.

If you have a bachelor's then you can automatically apply for your Broker's License. Associates, then you need a year of being a real estate sales person. No degree then you need 2 years as a real estate sales person and of course your Salesperson License. As for the test... It's hard. To the tune of more than one attempt is the norm. You need to take three different classes including Principles of Real Estate: Practice.
