Yeah, I have the same feeling at the end of the exam too. My heart pounds like drum, I feel butterflies, and I tend to just close my eyes once I push the last "Report Scores" button. And then, My heart either shouts for JOYBig Grin or sinks to my tows.Sad But hey, that's all part of the testing experience right?Wink

About the same here. Usually I just dread reaching for that button, but I have to know. Smile

Dixie girl what source did you find most helpful for studying?

Dixie, what did you use to study for the Algebra CLEP, my prof has me nervous she said no one passes it.

REA College Algebra alone was enough to score 60 on this test. Your professor is right - the passing rate for this test is something like 16%. I think the biggest obstacle to passing this test is time or the lack of it.
Recently Completed: ICCP Systems Development, DSST Statistics & Principles of Finance
Number of tests to graduate: 0, Done

I'm new to posting so hope I do it right. Smile I'm wondering if there is any disadvantage to taking the DSST Fundamentals of College Algebra instead of the CLEP College Algebra? Are they basically the same except the CLEP is timed whereas the DSST is not timed?
BTW, the InstantCert Forum is wonderful! Many thanks to each one of you for sharing!

Paul:

The DSST Algebra exam does not count as precalculus mathematics. That is the difference between the two. Exclesior accepts the CLEP College Algebra for the precalculus requirements but do not accept the DSST.

I believe TESC does not recoginize either the CLEP or the DSST as meeting their precalculus requirement.
