Computing & IT - UK Bachelors Equivalent - £905.00

How do you study for those exams if you the self study route? I couldn't find correct answers from previous exams. I was only able to find exam questions and recommended textbooks. Do you get access to some recorded lectures, I guess it's hard to pass an exam just by reading recommended textboooks.

In short, Bachelors come in two formats, a regular basic 3 year bachelors, or a honors bachelors of 4 years.  
Basically it's this:  Level 4, 5, 6 = 3 years, Bachelors Degree (not an honors, just a basic bachelors, essentially each level is 1 year)
It even tells you when you click onto Level 4 cert, Level 5 dip, and Level 6 - the 6th level is equivalent to a "specialist degree"
As mentioned, some want a 4 year Bachelors, that's the honors Top Up, you don't really need it, but it's an option, for an extra £5,250

Wrong. England & Wales 3 years = an honors degree. Scotland 4 years = honors degree. Scotland also do 3 year degrees or allow direct 2nd year entry. Honors is not the same as in the US.

You can get 'ordinary' degrees in the England which is only 300 credits rather than 360, so it's basically without the final module. The only place that does them (I think) is The Open Uni through their BA/BSc Open degree without Honours. You can leave uni without completed and get CertHE, DipHE, not sure about 'without honors' but they are pretty meaningless. You don't get a classification.

Thanks for the info, and that's the main reasons I link to other sites in a post after to provide more details. It explains the 1st year, 2nd year, and the Honors degree after the third year diploma. Sometimes it is confusing and that's another reason I link to reference other materials to give a greater detail.

Further to this, potential students should always make sure they do their research and confirm what's online. I usually mention to them to check with the "top up" school and whatever institution they're going to go with to verify all info is correct before proceeding.

I've started considering UK for Computer Science, because for international students it seems that TESU is the only choice. There are rumors on this forum that soon it will be even harder to get a degree at TESU (if they stop accepting some SDC courses). Has anyone tested this route? It's super cheap but it seems that you can only properly be prepared for these exams if you study the subject using their recommended learning centers which are mostly in Africa and Asia (and I assume in person)? Can anyone recommend any good online providers for Computer Science using qualifi, othm or athe syllabus? Thanks
