Credit Requirements?

dfrecore Wrote:Does it have to be CLEP's? Have you read about all of the different options available here (Saylor, Straighterline, Study.com, ALEKS, etc.)?

If you want to take a few CLEP's, you should take:
College Composition with Essay
Analyzing & Interpreting Literature
College Algebra
American Government
Sociology
Microeconomics
Macroeconomics

I could go on, but these are all things that will fill specific requirements at TESU for the BSBA degree.

I hadn't considered some of those, but I'm now looking into ALEKS and Saylor (and possibly even Penn Foster, but still need to see that one). I'm probably going to start with Saylor, I had no idea it was so good.

The price for Saylor is good, the courses, not always so much. Lots of complaints here about the time it takes, unless you are just going to pay the $25 to take the exam without using their courses (you can use InstantCert for many of them, or find a cheap used textbook).

ALEKS Stats is particularly difficult for some people, so if you can't pass, you can always take that another way (including Saylor).

Yeah I just saw how long some of the units for the courses take. I briefly looked at the Intro to Business class, it has like 5 units and each take about 20 hrs to complete
