Confused on UMPI's Residency Requirements

Hi Experts - how are you all doing?!

I understood that the UMPI YourPace residency requirements were for 30 credits.  Do the 30 credits need to come from the following list below? (BABA M&L Program):

Bus 140, 200, 220, 240, 244, 260, 321, 325, 330, 335, 415, 440, 469, and 489? (14 total)

I'm planning my strategy for my 10 UMPI classes, and have taken some of these already at UMPI.  I posted the whole list for clarification.

As of now, I am planning 4 of these outside of UMPI (and have one in progress actually at Study):

220, 321, 415, and 440. 

Will this be a problem, to the best of your knowledge?  I read some thread about LL/UL ratio and wondered if this was acceptable?  

And for a twist:  Would I be able to take a 5th one from the list outside of UMPI, if I replaced it with another class at UMPI as long as it was the same level?
