My advice to you is to follow what Bjcheung77 has told you to do.  When others have added their thoughts, it seems to confuse you.  Just focus on what he has said and stick to that.

I know you have, but his advice was clear and detailed.  She needs to follow one person’s advice.  Everyone adding their ideas/experiences is just confusing her since it appears English is not her first language.

I am aware.  That is also part of why I suggest she focus on ONE person’s advice.  Also, some people have been very condescending to her.
