I have a BA in Liberal Arts from TESU and a Master's from Amberton in Professional Development.
The degrees have got me pretty far in my government career, but now it looks like I'm stagnating.
I found another position that has a higher ceiling but one of the requirements is that you have a BA degree in Criminal Justice.
Since I have a BA and MA, I would presume that I wouldn't need to take a whole new 120 credits from scratch. I probably have at least 70+ credits completed already.
Do any of you know where might be a good school that would take a lot of transfer credits for the gen-ed stuff and also where you can get a CJ degree from?
TESU doesn't look like it has one.

I thought TESU has a BA in Criminal Justice based on this https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/criminal-justice
and then for getting second bachelors at TESU, maybe this blog post on TESU blog has some hints https://blog.tesu.edu/the-secret-to-earn...ond-degree
I am sure other options are out there and look forward to hearing about them.

You might also consider APU/AMU - they have a competency-based program called Momentum, and it's 60cr + an AA/BA which you already have. It's $2500/16week term.
They will also take ACE credit, if you want to bring in some CJ courses to make it easier to finish in 1 term.
Walden Tempo Learning (competency-based) has a BS in CJ, not sure how it works, but it's $2450/3mo term. I think they're having a sale? Or a grant of some kind?
I think they take ACE as well.

@kevinmane, I think going back to TESU will be your cheapest/easiest/fastest if the following is possible at TESU
1) Since you have a previous degree, TESU grants you the general ed and you get the cornerstone waived
2) You have a BA from TESU already, did you do the Capstone with them too? You shouldn't need a second capstone.
3) You need 24 credits from TESU in a new subject/AOS - do you already have 16 credits taken at TESU?
If you have 16 credits already at TESU, then you don't have to pay the Residency Waiver - you just need the CJ credits.
Total cost = 24 new credits from Study.com and other providers to get you the mainly in AOS/CJ credits obviously

You could look at Penn Foster. It's quite cheap but DEAC accredited. Most of the courses are ACE approved. If DEAC isn't good enough, transfer the courses to TESU before you finish the Penn Foster degree. Note that Penn Foster is way cheaper if you sign up for a complete degree as opposed to individual courses. After a degree, I'm sure the program would likely be only 2 years more or less. Do all your homework first so you're not stuck with a program not meeting your needs.

After reading the courses Penn Foster might take more like 30 courses.

Would a Masters in Criminal Justice provide the same opportunities with your current employer? If so, look at the Masters in Criminal Justice at Liberty University (Liberty.edu). You can transfer in up to 50% of the credits for the degree. They also offer several possible specializations. Does any of your Amberton credits line up with one of their specializations in the Liberty Masters of CJ program? If you can double dip credits from your previous graduate degree you could potentially have a relatively quick and cheaper grad degree in CJ.
