DSST/DANTES Principles of Finance Exam - question about tables?
#1
All,

I keep reading that my testing center is supposed to provide certain tables for use with the DSST/DANTES Principles of Finance exam. Can anyone tell me what these tables are (i.e. what the names of the tables are)? I'm trying to ascertain that my testing center will have them on test day, but I want to make sure that I'm asking about the correct ones.

Yes, but is it just the FV and PV tables that they're supposed to provide? I thought I read elsewhere that it was 4 tables total. I'm trying to get clarification on this point.

I'm just getting ready to prepare for this exam, and haven't done the research yet, so I'm shooting from the hip here, but most PV/FV charts actually have 4 distinct tables - the PV and the FV of a single dollar (2 tables), and the annuity values for PV and FV (2 more tables).

There may be other calculations on a different material requiring additional tables that I'm not yet aware of, but I suspect these are the 4 you have heard about.
