help with degree choice

westtxco Wrote:Oh, and also I was looking at cosc concentrations and tesc LDAS if either would be better choices.

In my opinion, a degree in individualized studies, liberal studies, or a learner designed area of study won't be any better than a CJ degree. Whatever you design for your individualized studies or LDAS degree won't be the official title of your degree. You can explain what you concentrated on, but you can do the same thing with a CJ degree and explain your electives.

Understood, that makes sense. Will my MTT credits count towards anything at all, like electives or something?

I assume they are completely useless for any other kind of degree.

Also, do I need to take all the non tesc classes before reregistering( to find out what credits count)?

This forum has been great, I never planned to get a bachelors and now I'm working towards it. Studying for intro to sociology and intro to psychology as my first two sets of credits (and one of those will finish off my AAS.
