help with turning distance ed courses into credits

Hello all and THANKS! New to the forum, but old to distance ed, yet need to learn basics still, perhaps. I have a goodly amount of Aglearn/skillsoft classes complete, and with that have a number of Comptia+ courses. I need help (!!) in getting those to credit, as there are not in the ACE list. Albeit many are similar, and ALL are skillsoft/comptia. I have an A.A and B.S thru Excelsior, years back...simpler times. I attempted to go thru excelsior, they advise "must come thru ACE". In addition to helping myself, I am trying to assist ALL of Forest Service/ Job Corp, both students and staff. I have helped many with getting credit, FEMA and otherwise, and like many, Thanks out to John Bear! Again I have a chunk of the Aglearn completions ( 104 , but who's counting) There ARE sites that list some of these like " comptia+ networking" as one to three credits. These are NOT the full blown certs through Comptia, but the courses that train you for that. I am quite sure they count , but have spent MONTHS talking to Skillsoft , who advise the Transcript resides elsewhere, ACE who advise if it doesn't go in online, it "hasn't been evaluated/doesn't count" and Aglearn who it seems have never linked up with ACE. ( Despite being the USDA portal ??) Someone here has an answer that will be gold to me , thanks in advance!!

From what I've seen, only the full certifications of Comptia+ is transferable to select colleges. If something isn't in ACE, there is no way to add it. ACE works directly with the course providers.
