I've been using this forum since July and have made fairly good progress towards a BSBA in GM at TESC. I'm planning to submit for evaluation soon but I was hoping that the TESC degree plan gurus on this forum would be so kind as to review my current plan and let me know if they can see any issues. I know that currently the DSST Anthropology isn't available (I'm hoping it will be recertified soon) but I would appreciate suggestions for alternative test out options for the Ethics/Diversity elective.
Thanks in advance

All of the following count towards Ethics/Diversity:
DSST: Human/Cultural Geography, World Religions
CLEP: Western Civ I or II
TECEP: World History, Comparative Politics, Psychology of Women, Marriage & Family, Environmental Ethics
There are probably some additional ones at Saylor or Straighterline, but I'm not as familiar with those as the exams.

I can't remember if cybersecurity can be counted as a natural science or intellectual and practical skills. If it can't, then it can't be used as gen ed. Generally, finance courses do not count as gen ed.

Your plan looks really good overall. In fact, you don’t even have to worry about replacing the DSST Cultural Anthropology because you have 21 hours listed instead of 18 for General Ed electives. A few things need moving around, but it all comes out well in the end.
Move the following:
1. ALEKS Precalculus to from Intellectual and Practical Skills to General Education Electives
2. DSST Management Information Systems from Area of Study: General Management to Intellectual and Practical Skills
3. DSST Fundamentals of Cybersecurity from Intellectual and Practical Skills to Area of Study: General Management
4. FINRA Series 7 from General Education Electives to Free Electives
5. DSST Human/ Cultural Geography from General Education Electives to Personal/ Social Responsibility
6. DSST Here’s to Your Health from Free Electives to General Education Electives
7. (Remove DSST Cultural Anthropology)
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.

Thank you both! I'll wait to take cybersecurity until after I've enrolled to check if it will be accepted and work on the ones that are more certain until then. I knew the FINRA as gen ed might be a stretch but I'll see what they say. I couldn't find many examples where FINRA had been used.
Thanks again ....

I thought Here's to Your Health was never counted as gen ed. I'm not sure if they would allow Cybersecurity in the general management area of study even though they allow Management Information Systems. I know the evaluation feature in Online Student Services is not always accurate, but Cybersecurity is counted as a business elective when I run it and not as a general management elective. I have plenty of room. Aside from MIS, I believe that CIS courses are only allowed in the AOS for the CIS specialization and business electives. I wouldn't depend on it falling in the AOS until verified by TESC.

I bow to your expertise, and am too tired to figure something else out. I know Kaplan PLA could complete the General Ed electives, so DSST MIS could move back to General Mgmt AOS.
