Degree Plan for TESC BSBA in Marketing
#1
Hey all,

I'm just another guy hoping one or two of you degree wizards could glance over my degree plan.

If any of you see any holes in this plan, please let me know! Also, even if the plan is solid, if there's any way that I could tweak it to take an easier combination of tests that'd be fine by me.

I've taken the tests/courses highlighted in green. I still have to take those highlighted in red. TESC already has my community college transcript so I know they're accepting those three courses. Hopefully my EMT-B license will get me free elective credit, but I'm registered in Idaho so unless they accept National Registry it'll be no good.

Thanks a bunch, guys.

I am not an expert, but looks like you are well on your way.

Overall your plan looks Excellent! Strong work! I have only a few comments/recommendations.

The two TECEPs, Ops Mgmt and Negotiations & Conflicts, you have in business electives are actually a bit difficult for that section. If they are not needed for upper level credit I would remove from the plan.

My recommendations:

To complete residency requirement, replace English Literature (or any other 6cr with the following TECEPs:
TECEP CIS107 Computer Concepts & Applications
TECEP MAT105 Applied Liberal Arts Mathematics

When you enroll I would set up a phone advising appointment to plan credits. Ask to use the CIS107 TECEP in business core to fill the computer requirement and move COS101 CLEP Information Systems and Computer Applications to General Education section.

TEEX 4cr can be used to fill
3cr business electives, 1cr free electives

Business Electives
DSST BUS101 Intro to Business
DSST MAN201 Principles of Supervision
TEEX CIS299 Cybersecurity for Everyone/Non-Technical CYB101 (2cr)
TEEX MAN299 Cybersecurity for Business Professionals/Business Managers CYB301 (2cr)

TEEX Free Courses (2CR @ 3-4 course bundles)
