Hey Im interested in obtaining an Accounting or Finance Degree from TESC. I noticed that on their website they state that books can run $100 per course. If I need to take 36 credits with them, our we talking about $3600 just in books? Or can you buy any books you want, like cheap books from amazon, or wherever? Thanks

Yes, it took me awhile to figure that out, but its been Amazon, Abe's and etc...ever since. Just make sure you buy the correct edition.

I'm sure the classes are worth more than one credit per class (probably three per class I'd assume). Therefore I don't think that at $100 per text book you'd be anywhere near that $3600 figure.

* so make that 12 courses and $1200
SOMETIMES and only sometimes, you can research and check to see if a previous edition is the same book with a new and improved cover and dustjacket. If it is the exact same book, same pages, same everything in a new skin, you should be fine using it and save some $.
