Has anyone gotten Clep credit with a 48?
#1
I took my first 4 cleps tests over the weekend, 2 on saturday and 2 on Monday but I just barely failed American Lit with a 48! Sad

I am wondering if anyone has successfully convinced their school to give credit for anything less than the ACE recommended 50? I am enrolled with American Public University.

I am happy that I passed Humanities (57), A&I Lit (69), and SS& Hist (58)! Big Grin

I don't think that the CLB will send your results if it is below a 50. I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.

actually charter oak has some kind of testing percentile waiver. they said that there is sometimes somekind of grading error or something. Not specifically a grading error. You should talk to one of the employees there. They will accept 1 test within a certain percentage of the passing score. I'm trying to get them to accept my intro to the modern middle east test. I made a 45 but 47 is passing

3 Tests Left
Astronomy
Humanities or Art of the Western World
Principals of Public Speaking

In the military? take as many as fast as you can. You don't pay for them. Doesn't matter if you fail them. If you fail try again with another Test Provider. (DSST CLEP ECE) If you fail Humanities Try Art of the Western World.

Thanks for the info! I will definately do that if I decide to finish my bachelors at charter oak. I was just thinking today about by American Lit score being 2 points below passing because I got a 69 on A&I Lit and a 61 on ENG Lit today. It doesn't make sense that I failed AM Lit.
