If I understand correctly, in this case, I would only need to attend and complete three specific courses that differ between the MBA and Master's in Management and Team Management?
These courses are E-COMMERCE, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT and NEGOTIATION TECHNIQUES.
Can somebody please confirm this?
Because I got this answer from ENEB:"Hello Kruno,You can be exempted from 40% of your new Masters program. Including the courses you already undertook during your MBA."
What that means, that I would need to write new final project papers for the same courses?
Thanks in advance,
Kruno Is there anyone who can help or had the similar situation?
Many thanks

Unless they've changed things recently, you won't have to write additional final papers for the classes you've already completed. The classes/grades you completed for one of your degrees also applies to the other degree, as long as it's listed as a required class in the syllabus. So, you'll only be required to write the final papers for the classes you haven't completed. Hope that makes sense?

". 7.3.Recognition of credits
It is possible to transfer credits from completed studies to a new Masters and Postgraduate programs offered by ENEB. The procedure is the same as for the transfer of credits in current studies, however, no more than 40% of the total credits or their equivalent can be transferred, a maximum of 5. The application must be submitted during the first year of the beginning of the studies in the School and it will be recognized as soon as the Academy department issues the resolution.
In the event that the transfer of credits involves a change in the offer of training programs from a Master’s to Postgraduate program, the School will not pay the difference of the enrolment fee. If the transfer entails a change from Postgraduate to Master’s degree, the student will have to pay the difference of the price of the enrolment so that it goes into effect.
Coaching and NLP blocks are automatically transferable and are not considered within the 40% mentioned above.
The credits corresponding to the Accounting, Legal Business Environment and Corporate Taxes modules, due to the need to be constantly updated in terms of the legal and legislative framework, cannot be transferred automatically. The grades obtained in self-assessment questionnaires will be kept, but the student must present a new project on a different case study."

@krunccrni, you're doing one after the other, it's not like you're coming back after 5 years or something longer. They do not have a requirement to keep things "current". I mean, all the material they provide is somewhat traditional and already new material can be found online that may teach better (if you can find more supplemental learning resources in case you want to know the subjects better).

I get points off for writing paper of less than 8 pages of content (excl chart + bib), so there's your LL.

I think that’s always been hard for me. I tend to get right to the point. I always had to add fluff to my papers when I was working on my BA. I was lucky a few times where I had professors who were fine with a shorter paper as long as I hit all the points. But we never had rubrics back in those days. That left a lot up to interpretation.

For those of you that are not "big" writers, ENEB loves their Figures and Tables, Charts and Graphs too within the body of their projects. Supplement with a few good visuals and that will go a long way with the ENEB graders.

Serious Post.
Sadly, I am withdrawing my offer to look at any fellow ENEB students' papers or provide any help. I have been asked, despite providing encouragement and suggestions for multiple inquiries to provide my work. One user in particular has asked me for a whole list of my projects, starting to write me in January 2023, following in February 2023, March 2023, April 2023 and making the "big ask" just this last week in June 2023.
I'm over it.
So disappointing--what makes me skeptical about "just wanting to look at the requested assignments for examples" is the final request made for a list of my finished projects and the lack of response, let alone providing any drafts for me to review, despite requesting drafts and failure to respond to encouragement I had attempted to provide.
I don't know how the forum moderators may respond to forum members approaching other users for their work, but, here's the deal from me...
I stopped and started Graduate studies MANY times in my life for the past 27+ years. I went through many years of feeling "less than" because I had not had the opportunity to finish Graduate studies. Balancing life, jobs, sometimes very cruel employers and toxic environments, being a part of my 3 very active kids' lives and activities, caring for aging parents, economic challenges, putting my 3 kids through college and trade schools and the list goes on and on, because that's, well, life, right? And, those were my choices, sure. When I found ENEB and found the program, format, option to have it evaluated by an FCE and be accepted in my line of work, etc. I was elated. Even more so, given the fact I was able to get back into a true concentration mode, as a year of Chemotherapy in 2014 basically rendered me unable to either comprehend and read well for long periods of time for a few years following treatment, and then the entire relapse happening again due to Long Covid symptoms throughout early 2020 - early 2022, at times I felt it was very questionable if I could return to an academic program after Long Covid. Obviously, I did recover and was able to dive headfirst into ENEB, and put in the work.
Given what my journey has taken and means to me, for a fellow "student" to ask more than once in some cases for my work really rubs me the wrong way. Also, these people who asked me were STUPID (yep, I said it) enough to use their actual profile names and both of them have some history of posting on this board!! The final straw was one Four Star poster on this forum approached me AGAIN in June 2023 to ask for:
----->"Do you mind to share the papers for Big data and business intelligence, Big data marketing, Customer analytics and ETL processes? it will help me to provide good ideas for each paper. I appreciate for all your help."
[That's asking me to turn over 4 projects... And, I did provide the links to the posts where other ENEB students had kindly shared their papers as examples with a strict no plagiarism admonishment, of course.]
----->"if I am stuck in some of the paper, do you mind to share your paper? I can use for reference"
----->This particular 'Four Star' 'Graduate Student' level forum user started asking for my work after asking in January, "Do you have some tips to do and pass it fast?"
[Context clues tell me after asking that question and then turning around and asking for my work the desire to "pass it fast" could be achieved through using my hard work to rapidly get through their program.]
So, it goes without saying for those that approached me, I will not "out" you here, but I do seriously hope before I put you on my "Ignore" list you see this and will kindly feel free to piss off.
