I think the disappointment comes from those like me whom already have a RA BA and wanted to just knockout exam ENEB and get it eval to be a masters for the sole purpose of skipping that degree and attempting to get into some DHA/DBA/etc program quicker. Are there any other options for evaluators that haven't been tried out yet? Trying to think of new options for those who just want the title or to use it as a stepping stone.
Yes, the link I sent above is to convert the 3 programs into Agile method (exams). The person I quoted purchased the recent Global MBA/Triple Masters. In your shoes, you can just skip the RA Masters from UMPI or HAU's MBA, you don't have to ladder to Walden MBA either. Edgewood and Walsh both will take the ENEB/UC1 as is at face level, thus, allowing you to skip the real RA MBA before acceptance. The reason is, most DBA just requires a Bachelors for entry as a firm requirement, the Masters is just an add-on!

Oh, then I have been overthinking this completely, Thanks. I had seen once a requirement of just a BA to enter a doctorate program, but I thought it was just because it was a religious school or something. I need to reevaluate my plans. Can I just put you on retainer at this point? lol

Trust me, you’ll want to do VUL. All the other options (West cliff, Walsh, Edgewood, South, WWU, all the ones usually mentioned here) will have dissertation. And you’ll need a dissertation defense. Trust me, you wont want to do that. There’s a reason people always choose VUL over others. Not only fast, but no dissertation.
PS: did none of them, but I did look at their curriculum. And I’m here for “degree hacking”, I’ll put the minimum effort on everything, don’t judge me.

Edgewood College & Upgrad partnership: https://www.upgrad.com/us/dba-from-edgewood-college/
They have a 2:46 video that pretty much explains things in regards to the partnership... For tuition, in addition to info from #3 below, there is a referral of $2K USD, I wonder how many I can refer and make a Cohort from it... $22.5K with 40% off is $13.5K, $13.5K with 15% off is $11.5K plus whatever fees, if you pay upfront the entire degree.
3. What options are available to pay the tuition fees associated with the program?
The on-campus tuition fee is USD 22,500. Students outside the U.S. benefit from a scholarship of up to 40% once admitted. This fee can be paid as you progress through the program—with a caution deposit and then 24 monthly installments of approximately USD 530* each. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay the fees upfront (via credit or debit card) and receive an additional 15% fee waiver.
*Disclaimer: Adjustments might apply due to exchange rate changes.
And then, you've got competition with a very similar setup from a Walsh College DBA AI/ML (partnership), it's a triple tap (PG cert, MBA, DBA) for pretty much the exact same price, the length of completion is comparable as well. There's a thread about it that's linked on the ENEB WIKI... Here's the program link showing $12.5K USD: https://www.mygreatlearning.com/dba-aiml-online

For those not going the ENEB route, you can do the UMPI MAOL and HAU MBA combo as an example. I'd rather have two degrees instead of taking the classes just for those extra 24 credits at the Masters level. You may want to email VUL if they would accept you without the Validential evaluation (like Edgewood College did recently for their DBA, or do the Edgewood instead for a DBA and for cheaper).
I'm going the Global MBA route through ENEB and kinda feel screwed at this point. It's basically a paperweight.
I mean it's accredited and grants ECTS so I'm confused why Validential changed their reasoning.
bjcheung77 what do you recommend?
Evaluate it with IEE; if everything goes right, you'll get 45 US graduate credits. Transfer those evaluated graduate credits to the Walden MBA (Accepts 50% transfer, should be quite lenient from what I've heard), if you really want to fully utilize your ENEB; otherwise, go with UMPI MAOL. With tempo learning and credits transfer (Walden's CBE), you'll be finishing in 3 months.
Idk if graduate credits can be reused, even if so, you should be able to have enough credits for "an externship of up to 24 credits" and an extra master's. Still lacking graduate credits? Buy one more ENEB and evaluate it with IEE. No bachelors? No problem, just buy an ENEB+UI1 and evaluate it as a bachelor's with ECE. Use the agile methodology (answering 50 MCs) for faster graduation.
Guinna pig idea: Do SOBAT and evaluate it with Validential, they've got 2 Master programs there...I'm pretty sure a bachelor's at SOBAT will get evaluated as a US equivalent.
Disclaimer: The above MIGHT work, but definitely not guaranteed.

I think you could just get away with "an externship of up to 24 credits" with graduate credits evaluated by IEE... 24 credits doesn't make up a full master's, and IEE will be just fine... It's worth a try...
Is there a distinction between IEE and ACEI? IEE evaluates ENEB as grad. certificate whereas ACEI evaluates as grad. diploma?
Additional Validential being classified as not NACES or "ACEI" needs to be changed to not NACES or "AICE"
