I personally will only be using as a resume credential in US. I will provide Validential, as it states what I want, and jobs likely won’t even go further I looking into it, honestly. I have 27 years experience. It’s an extra check box.
I’ll also mention, my friend got accepted into a doctoral program at a US university, with the Validential eval and ENEB diploma.

+1, I agree with reviewing what evaluations have come through on the WIKI. It really depends on what the student is looking for, if they just want entry into a Masters, then having it evaluated as RA Bachelors will provide entry. Having said that, if the student is looking for transfer credit for a business related Masters, then having it evaluated as graduate cert or credit would be better...

This seems like the ultimate hill I want to die on credential for some people defending it and wanting pass it off as equivalent to an MBA when at best you might be able to get away with calling it a graduate cert. All I got to say is when you get so desperate to make the credential appear legitimate that you resort to citing "Jamaica" I think you lost the argument.
At least many Mini-MBA programs come from legitimate U.S. institutions and you do not have to argue about them.

When I was awarded my ENEB dual Masters credentials this time, their email stated that it will take approximately 90-120 days to receive the digital Isabel I diplomas.
As for foreign credential evaluators, Transcript Research gave me a free pre-evaluation for my ENEB MBA several months ago but I never made the result public. They said it would be no guarantee that it would come out to what they were telling me but they basically stated that it is a Master Titulo Propio because the ENEB programs were not in RUCT and the evaluation in their words would state: “Graduate study from a nationally accredited program”.
Does their evaluation include any titles, such as "Graduate Certificate" when evaluated by IEE?
If they retain the original title from ENEB - whatever that may be - and include the words you quoted, it could be read as a whole that the "Master in xxx" is equivalent to "graduate study from a nationally accredited program". That would be the most favorable evaluation so far. A friend of mine had theirs done through Validential and it includes the amount of hours, duration and equivalent.
Master of Business Administration in Artificial Intelligence from a regionally accredited American university. Shows 60 credits, 1800 hours or whatever.
Validential is not NACES. If Transcript Research is willing to put the title from ENEB (Master) as it is and evaluate it as "graduate study from a nationally accredited program", it will be the most favorable evaluation so far.
It would be the same as Spantran's ordinary evaluation. That's not a favorable evaluation... A favorable evaluation would be US equivalency: RA/NA Master's degree, but that's hard...
Spantran doesn't mention nationally accredited in the general evaluation, and its course-by-course likely to be required for credit transfer purposes doesn't even suggest credits.. it says professional training or something of the like

Anyone here who was able to successfully transfer their credits earned from ENEB either undergraduate or graduate studies to a university. Which foreign credential agency did you use (ECE, IEE, Validential, etc.)?

Sounds like you're just big mad that you paid a ton, and others haven't. Or that you only have a "mini mba" and wish you had a full? Not sure what moves people to discredit others choices.
I did the work for this Master, and its not that easy, but I found it easier than my BSBA coursework. Its competency based, and not research based, therefore it can take someone much less time than another. Its for adults with alot of experience to add a credential to their resume. Its 100% legitimate, regardless of what you say. If you don't agree, then thats your issue. Its a great credential for alot of people, so its awful of you to discredit it, no matter what your reasoning is.

The Transcript Research evaluation was done by email as a pre-assessment so there was no document with any detailed info as my inquiry was more for our forum although I did submit my documents.
The “Graduate Study from a nationally accredited institution” equivalence suggests that they are giving a graduate credit equivalency but not a degree equivalency, For them to state nationally accredited institution also suggests that the Propio degree is intended to be a non-academic professional degree which nationally accredited institutions typically are created for in the US and is not at full degree acceptance in terms of matriculation and transfer credit as the regionally accredited institutions although this distinction should no longer exist.

I've always found that distinction troubling as it was clear that UoPeople's BABS was not intended as a "professional degree" in any way, yet for the longest time National Accreditation was what they held..
