No, the proposal is just one of the graded papers that is required. Once you are through all the chapter quizzes you can take the final exam. Then you can do the papers (including the proposal one). Remember that exams don't carry over month to month - so don't waste an exam because you've got a paper to complete.

Does Study.com's ENG105: English Composition II meet the 3 credit hours for Excelsior's "Written English" requirement for someone who already has English Composition I with 3 credit hours?
Also, I assume we are talking about this test?
