I'm currently enrolled and taking online courses at Excelsior. I know the online courses affect my GPA. From my understanding CLEPS and DSSTs are like fillers, they have no affect on the GPA, but what about ECEs?
What would happened if you transferred in a ton of FEMAS, CLEPS, ALEKS, and other things of that nature--that completes a BA but doesn't generate a GPA? How would you get a GPA?
Thanks for your responses.

You do get a letter grade for ECEs, which does affect your GPA.
Also, DSST exams that are still under the old scoring system do yield a letter grade, which is added into your GPA.
I'm not sure what would happen if you had no letter grades at all, though.

I don't believe it is possible to actually get a degree without some classes that would yield letter grades. Since CLEPS, DSST's etc are general studies courses by nature you would still need exam specific courses to finish and those classes would generate your GPA.
