Excelsior degree requirements grandfathered?
#1
I'm seeing an escalation of demands for Excelsior.
First the capstone. In October you will require more
Arts and Sciences. The 9,6,6 spread will be 9,9,9 with
additional 3 credits for the written English. It depends
on your degree plan. This can be a problem if your
Degree plan is different. The deadline is Oct 1 2011
Once you reqister are you grandfathered into the
Requirements at the time of registration or are you
subject to unforseen rule changes during your studies?

Well, if you actually READ the announcement you'll see the answer to your question was given in the FIRST sentence.

"General Education requirements will be changing for those enrolling on or after October 1, 2011."

The even put the answer to your question in bold letters (on their site).
