Which school is best for a business degree excelsior college or thomas edison state college?
I have an associates in business management and leadership and want to start working on my bachelors but haven't really decided which degree to pursue. I am leaning towards either human resources or continuing on the management path.
I am also going to start working on my PMP certificate.
I am in the army and would need to complete my courses online.

Your question lacks enough information for anyone to give you a good answer. Many choose one of the big three because of their acceptance of non-traditional credit. This allows those without education benefits to maximize affordable credits sources like Aleks and Straighterline. If you are using tuition assistance, the world is your oyster.
It would help to know what you are looking for in a degree. (cheap, fast, reputation, etc)
If I were using tuition assistance, there are colleges I would choose over the big three.

As one of my commissioning options only wants any bachelor's degree (USAF), I opted for TESC based solely on the speed that I could accomplish things with them; at times I've been able to use CBEs (CLEP, DSST, and TESC's own TECEPs) to have as many as 5 courses at a time to study for, and am on track to complete my BSBA in 3 years (2 years if we only count times I've gone to school).
TESC caps at the maximum for TA, so I've only had to pay for books for the classes I've taken, and most of the books are old enough that pre-owned isn't an issue. There is a lot of writing involved however if you end up taking a class through them.
I believe the Army now has that issue with TA being restricted if you don't have 10 years TIS? Definitely agree with UptonSinclair's advice of considering other schools in this case.

In addition to the excellent points above, another thing to consider is that each university requires somewhat different classes to graduate, and will give different credit values for the classes you have. So, for example, one school might say that all of your previous credits apply to their degree program, while another might only accept three-quarters of them. It would help to know which credits you already have to give you more informed advice.
