My apologies, I assumed everyone knew what I was talking about. This is from the Frederick Community College (FCC) website where one can submit the free FEMA courses for college credits and have them transcribed on an FCC transcript for a fee of $75.00 for each course. It USED to be for $60.00.

would there be a reason to go the FCC route if the college you attended accepts ACE transcripts?

I don't believe they fill any specific requirement either way, correct?
