I've used Camtasia. It's the most expensive thing you listed, but it's a mature product that's easy to figure out and easy to use. Not sure about the others, but would be interested in other people's reviews.

I use Camtasia mostly but I did buy VSDC. It is much more powerful than Camtasia and the free version has a ton of features that only the paid products have. I'm still getting use to the VSDC way of doing things since there are some variations on how to do things from the way it's done in Camtasia, although it is similar. Another good thing is there are tons of tutorials videos on YouTube if you can't figure something out.

Update: EXPIRES 8/24/2020
Here's an additional software option for individuals wanting to use their older devices
Great for - Updating your lessons for Youtube videos
-Recording your desktop screen or webcam for lessons
-Simple editing of videos (image correction, length, etc)
Signup Note: You have to click the check boxes to turn them green, then you’ll get another download link. So you have to click the white check marks in each section, turn them green, then get the free version. It says its the same as the full license, except you don't get updates.
You get the "full" version features for 7 days only, but the software will remain free with the "Giveaway" version.
The only thing missing would be an option to "version updates". Link: https://www.videoproc.com/giveaway/
The system requirements are perfect for people with slower/older hardware: https://www.videoproc.com/guide/tech-specs.htm

They specify iOS, and both the iPhone and iPad run on that, so hopefully.
