India's a cheap location for education and they're trying to roll out more affordable options to the mass of people.
This is good news and hopefully they get more people educated - their focus seems to be in IT/Technology.
I have not heard of a few of the companies named in the article before, but wow, a few of them are huge!
I'm looking into Africa/India as they provide the cost factor in degree offerings or educational/IT courses...
