Just took the Human Growth and Development CLEP Exam today and passed with a 61! This was the only CLEP I had in my list, so I'm very pleased. Not sure if DANTES are any easier overall but I'll take 4 possible answers over 5 anyday!

Next up...Substance Abuse!

A few of those tests are difficult. Ethics, Religion, and History and ones that I would take ample time to study. If you look at the pass rates for them, you'll see they are pretty low. I've rushed studying on a couple and barely scraped by, completely unprepared for the tests and lucked through them.
Test History: (scored/needed)
Pers Finance: 415/400
Biology:56/50
Intro Business:61/46
Analyzing/Interpreting Lit:66/50
Intro Sociology:62/50
Speech: Pass!
Ethics America:401/400 lol.(new, hard version)
College Math:62/50
Spanish:41/50 way harder then I expected.

Thanks for the heads up! From your score, it looks like the Ethics test was tough. Did you use the specific feedback or is the test too new to get accurate feedback?

Just finished up Environment and Humanity: Race to Save Planet Earth and scored a 55 (min pass score is 46)!

I am excited because I'm over halfway through with this challenge but I'm taking the advice of rlf3911 and will be hitting the books for my final three tests...Ethics in America, Intro to World Religions and Civil War and Reconstruction.

Wish me luck!

I agree with the switch the the Civil War DSST. Not quite elementary school material, but the IC cards and the forum feedback should get you a pass.

Make sure you know more than what or who. Know why.

Passed:

American Gov, US History 1, US History 2, Computing, Info Systems, Humanities, Sociology, Art, Western Civ I, Western Civ II, Social Sciences and History, Civil War, Business, Vietnam, A&I Lit, Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, American Lit, English Lit, Astronomy, Supervision, 1 FEMA, Total -79
