Fast-track degree for Japan working visa

For quick reference, it is suggested that 20 Queen's credits equate to 15-18 US credits.

With all of the Psychology and Anthropology credits you have, in addition to your A levels, you should seriously consider a BA in Social Science.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.

Thank you very much for your advice KayV. Smile I shall look into it.

Wish instead of Irish, it was Dutch. Then you'd have a B in Business, C in Computing, and D in Dutch. Wink

What WES (World Education Services) say about A levels. You need to scroll over just half way down to see. They advise 8 lower level undergraduate credits per subject and they have the grading equivalencies here.

A Guide to the GCE A Level - WENR

Looks like you'll probably get 8 credits at grade A and 16 credits at grade B for those A level results

Thanks, Leedeedee. I was just going by what it said on the Queen's University website, but the WES/ ACCRAO/ etc. evaluators are the ones who will have more say in the process.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.

Thanks for that link, leedeedee!

That's pretty encouraging information. I'm assuming that the list of independent evaluators are all singing from the same hymnsheet, either that or it'd be a total crap shoot (in the parlance of our times).

From the list of international evaluators: ( International Student Policies )

- ECE look like the best bet; they have a simple "High School and University Level Course by Course" fee, and their website is actually decent.

A few of the other ones look pretty amateur. $60 to send the evaluation overseas is a bit of a joke though.
