Fema Credit
#1
Hey Guys,

I am new to this site, and looks very exciting and helpful information posted here. Recently, I earned 39 fema credit, but it costs lot of money to consolidate from FCC like $60/C. Did anyone recently consolidate this credit through any other college than FCC, also can I transfer it to EC credit bank?

Please let me know,

Thanks in advance.

Hey what's up? I'm kind of new too but here is what I understand about the FEMA credits situation. (I have 17 done and 10 more to go). I would forget the FCC thing as it would cost too much. Open a credit bank account at Thomas Edison which takes the FEMA credits RAW (without going through a credit-laundering school)Wink . This will set you back around $400 ($200 for military), that makes them TRANSCRIPTED BY A REGIONALLY ACCREDITED COLLEGE so subsequently transferring them to EC should be a piece of cake. If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me everyone!Cool
Welcome to the forum! Good luck.

I do not think EC will take fema credits that you transfer from a TESC credit bank. I believe they did at one time but have changed their policy since then.

I would contact Excelsior to verify that information.

Here is another thread with a lot of help and info for FEMAs. According to this thread EC does not accept TESC credit banked FEMAs.

Today I talked to credit bank at EC, they no longer accepts fema credit through TESC. They only accept from FCC and CCC, but I don't know how much they charge, any idea?
