Hi,
I passed this test back on 5/15 and meant to post feedback before now - forgive me. Okay, all in all for an upper level exam, it's not that difficult. Compared to some of the other ULs (yes, Money and Banking I'm looking at you!), this one is much more basic.
The specific exam feedback is dead on for this (I would post there but don't have access since I am prepping for Bus Law II and IC doesn't have flashcards for that one yet). All that I would add to what others have posted before me is: know what the term "drill down" refers to and also "fuzzy logic". I had a question about the Privacy Act of 1974 legislation too. The one topic that I had the single most questions about was Enterprise Resource Planning. I can't emphasize this enough. On my test, there were at least 6 questions where ERP was either in the question itself or was the answer. Know about it.
Good luck to everyone in their testing endeavors. If anyone has any BusLawII ideas, I'd love to hear 'em.
