I emailed Dayla and got a response saying that processing takes 3-5 business days and I’ll be hearing from her soon.

Not wanting to be pushy, I did not email back to point out it’s already been more than five business days. I’ll just wait. Patience is a virtue.

There is a time limit after which a poster cannot edit their post. (Otherwise, a spammer would make an on-topic post, then change it to spam much later. The change would be mostly unnoticed by users and moderators, but the spam could be crawled by search engines and might be read by a few later users.)

I just now literally learned that "FREE" may only apply to Texas residents and that out of state students may be charged $1,000 (per class?). 

I do not wish to mislead anyone and they should contact the school to ensure they will not be charged. Can this be added to the original post? No where on the website link does it say this. I am not sure if anyone else has heard this as well?

Well, in general, they tend to charge you and then apply a scholarship on the first day of classes for any promo. So, you would not necessarily know ahead of time. That's why I wanted to come back and say something here when I found out.
