Hi,
I would like to transfer StraighterLine courses to one of their partner colleges and not have to enroll further. I just want the transcript from the partner college without having to register for classes there. Fort Hayes does this I am pretty sure, but I need the English Composition class and they do not honor that class.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Were you looking to get letter grades or will transfer credit be acceptable. I know that COSC and TESC both accept their credit. TESC issues CR and not an acctual grade and COSC issues a letter grade but it costs ya!!!. Here is the link if you did not already know about it:

Looks like Humboldt State has said that they take ACE credit often and are almost positive they can take it for Biology + Lab and English Comp. I would like a letter grade as it should help my GPA, but as long as its credit, I think it should be fine. Isn't ACE credit just a credit/no credit type of deal?

yes ace is credit or no credit but the school can award a letter grade if they choose to. meaning that if you take a course and you transfer it over to ace you would get credit but should you decide to transfer the course directly over to the school that school may choose to award a letter grade. hth

Looks like Humboldt denied my request and would like the English class to be from a regionally accredited college. I need to get my English Composition I class onto any regionally accredited transcript so it can be accepted at Humboldt State University.
