You need to contact your academic advisor. General electives vary based on the degree program. You also need to find courses available in the term you're in. Every course isn't offered every term. You also need to meet the UL requirement. All of these reasons are why you need to speak to your academic advisor.

You can check out this link for basic info, it may provide you enough information on what courses that can/can't transfer in:

IIRC, the catalog doesn't really apply to the YourPace program. They really should fix that by adding more information for YourPace students but I guess they see no need to do that right now.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

That applies to ON CAMPUS students ONLY! Not YourPace. YourPace students need to speak to their advisor like I said earlier. The GEC is not general electives. They are 2 totally different things!
