Is the final graduation costs for TESU $2,200 or $2,500? I know the residency waiver is $2,200, but do you have to pay the graduation fee of $300 too?

Yes, you do have to pay the $332 graduation fee as well. There's no discount for it.

If you're a Study.com affiliate, then you pay $2,200 for the residency waiver instead of $2,500, and you pay $332 for graduation fee (no discount).
So, you're looking at $2,532 due at graduation application time. But the nice thing is that if you're graduating with multiple degrees, you only pay one graduation fee.
