Posting a picture of a rulebook to claim you're certified is like posting a picture of a scalpel and claiming you're a licensed surgeon.

2. The 501©(3) Revocation: Look at the official IRS TEOS database under the "Auto-Revocation List." Their tax-exempt status was officially REVOKED on May 15, 2024, for failing to file taxes for 3 years. Soliciting payments globally under a revoked federal charity status is wire fraud. Period.

3. PA vs. CA: They use a PA address but actively flaunt a CAPPS (California) membership to look legit to victims. Guess what? They hold ZERO legal degree-granting authority from BOTH the Pennsylvania Dept of Education and the California BPPE. An unaccredited diploma mill is illegal in all 50 states.

1. Again, one can post any pictures they want. It doesnt prove or disprove that he is certified. I do question the authenticity of the ISO certification, but without evidence I could not make a claim one way or another and you cant either.

2. The link you provided did not say this. Also on the image it states that the presence of a revoked status does not mean they are not active. Again, seems like they may not be active, but we do not have firm evidence one way or another.

3. Okay. They say plainly they are in Pennsylvania. If they are a member of a California group then so be it, but I dont see anything that claims they issues degrees based in California. Their diploma certainly doesn’t say it.

I dont think you can speak on this topic. You were crashing out earlier about how the University doesnt have classes in person or have a campus. This isnt unusual nor is it grounds to say it isnt legitimate.

You continued ad hominem attacks, and even going so far as to label him as being a Nigerian scam artist, something I suspect you would not have said if he was anything other than black.

You are throwing things at the wall to see what sticks when we have more than enough information to conclude it is not accredited by any legitimate accreditor for use in the US. This doesnt mean he wont be in the future, but from the current standpoint this is not a legitimate degree-granting institution.

Wild to think trolls on this forum warrant a response from his official page. Hard to imagine he has the time while pursuing 11 doctorates.

All of these illegitimate outfits follow the same path. The owner usually has a ton of degrees either awarded by schools with no accreditation or no connection to an accredited school, fake schools that don't exist, or degrees awarded to themselves through their unaccredited schools. Then, they offer a crazy amount of programs that would require a faculty larger than the combined total of 4-5 schools to be able to teach.

They never have any concept of optics. Look at Walter Drake, the guy who runs Blue Marble University. He awarded himself a PhD and an ND from his own school and sees no issue with it. Incredibly poor optics. He even has himself badly photoshopped into a lab while wearing a white lab coat which is just weird. It's all on a badly designed Wordpress site, and you know it's on Wordpress because he doesn't know to change the site icon, lol, so you see it immediately when you search on Google. Nothing wrong with a Wordpress site, but at least respect us enough to not make it obvious, lol. QAHE accreditation? Yep. You know, the guys who take money to award honorary degrees despite not even being a school, smh.

Frankie Graham is doing the same thing, but even more insane than Walter Drake except Drake has the diploma mill overexplaining syndrome where he writes article after article and posts documents trying to argue his school into legitimacy. Family Medicine Academy in the UK is another example which is unfortunate because actual Medical Doctors are behind that at least, they just have no clue what they're doing either. They'll probably be offering degrees in surgery by summer time... EDIT: Just looked. They're already doing that! Good lord!

You can have an unaccredited school that runs legitimately and is respectable. It's been done many times. All three of those example schools show us what not to do. Way Overinflating your credentials, offering way more degree programs than you could possibly have the in-house expertise to teach, photoshopping things, and having a website that looks like electronic vomit (like Blue Marble and Family Medicine Academy) is not the way.

I’ve observed a consistent pattern with Frankie Graham Jr. and GIU: Oftentimes a valid, technical question is asked regarding GIU’s legitimacy, state licensing, or the actual validity of their 'degrees' he eventually turns it into a racial issue to deflect from the lack of answers and he frequently deletes posts when the questions get too uncomfortable or too specific to answer. I think this behavior is a strategy: Remove the evidence of the inquiry and then frame the scrutiny as an act of racism rather than a standard academic or legal check.

They are currently "reviewing" the status of GUI. Polite way to say that Frankie hasn't paid enough yet, maybe ;-)
