HRM and Organizational behavior - EXE

Hello everyone!

I have been reading the forum for a couple weeks and have found some valuable information here. I took my first exam last week -- Principles of Management -- and scored a 71, using only Instant Cert as my study materials. I was very pleased, and it helped me to make my final determination to finish my education via standardized exams.

I am planning on taking Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management on the same day -- both EXE versions. My question for all you experienced veterans is this: Are these tests similar enough that I should be taking them on the same day, using only IC as study material?

I've been finding that much of the information in IC also overlaps with Principles of Supervision that I have already studied for and taken, so it helps me to feel still more confident.

Both exams in the same day would be a challenge, though many others do just that with success. Personally, I took both of theses exams and received a B on OB and a C on HRM after several weeks of sudying for each. Most people do not have to spend as much time though. Some have said that they did fine with just IC, others have experienced just the opposite. I have always found that EC exams are tiring, mainly because they are longer (more questions), but you do have 3 hours to finish each of them. My advice would be to follow the exam outlines, and be familiar with what is specified on them. Good luck with the exams!

I received a C on both using only IC and cramming. If you know IC you will at leasat get a C.
