Study.com interrupted during proctored exam

Was taking the exam when my mom walked in and wouldnt stop talking. I eventually had to speak and say i was taking an exam. I said it in spanish though so idk if the person reviewing my video will think i was cheating. Has this happened to anyone and did they make your exam invalid or whatever??

Theyre pretty lenient compared to other proctors. I've had people talk from another room very loudly, had one person have a phone conversation in the other room and wasn't flagged. but YMMV

I literally ran out of frame once because I thought a puppy was peeing on the hardwood floor, came back and said, "Sorry, I thought my dog was peeing on the floor," and was passed two days later.
