Help interpreting my Excelsior Review

I am impressed as Excelsior College gave you 8 SH for FEMA IS Credits direct?  How long ago?

I have question maybe you can help me with.  Regarding my Excelsior transcript I posted.  I had about 30 credits worth of FEMA classes transferred over to Frederick many years ago.  Where would those fit in to my Excelsior degree plan?  Would they fill any categories or am I still better to go with TESC and their evaluation without the FEMA?
