Hi, I’m new here
Location: NYC
Age: 23
Desired Degree: Computer Science Bachelor Degree
Current Regional Accredited Credits: 109
Current ACE, CLEP, or NCCRS Credits: None
Certifications/Military Experience: Google IT Support Certificate, JLPT N1. No military experience
Budget: $8,000
Commitments: Unemployed, very free
Note: I have an AS in Computer Science. My preference is TESU because it aligns with my goal to graduate quicker. I’m in a different college doing my bachelor but it’s taking too longer than I like and I’m tired of residency requirements. After this semester, I would like to transfer. Like I said I’m new so I don’t know how this works. I don’t how many credits will transfer there and what other alternatives I can do like Sophia or Study to make up the rest.

Could you let us know what course codes and titles you’ve completed? And grades especially if any are Ds.

Since you're based in NYC, you should also add the Excelsior Bachelors in Computer Science as a very good first choice, TESU requirements should pretty much be the same. UMPI is coming out with a Computer Science degree, but hasn't yet, no news of when either...

You might have missed that unlike the TESU BACS, the Excelsior BSCS accepts no alt-credit (ACE or NCCRS) at all in the major. That’s going to make the TESU BACS preferable for almost everyone here, including New Yorkers. Excelsior has no in-state price difference.
See the Excelsior policy page
Transfer and Evaluated Credit Sources, scroll to the section “Non-Collegiate Sources of Credit,” click to pop down the subsection “Non-Collegiate Sources of Credit Procedure,” then scroll to its subsection “Restrictions: Technology Degree Programs.”

Another option would be the WGU BS Computer Science, take your time to review what other options there are, it really depends on what you bring to the table as the addendum and template didn't have what classes you're going to be transferring in, and didn't indicate which institution you got your Associates from. Some of the classes will go into the major/minor of the receiving institution, without knowing what you've got, it's hard to tell which option would be first, second, etc...
