Basically, in short, OP has an Indian BBA and working towards a Masters in Project Management from an Indian online university. They're residing here in the USA and looking for a Bachelors or Masters combo to further their Software Dev/IT creds & experience...

My recommendation so far is to complete the online Masters then go to WGU for the BS Software Development and then ladder up to another WGU degree, but this second time, at the Masters level such as their Cybersecurity or Data Analytics options.
