so I live about 30 minutes away from Frederick community college. Can I take the FEMA courses and then enroll and transfer the credits into it?
Can this method grant me free credits that I could use towards the big three? I am kind of confused on this process. The answers seem all over the place.

It's not answers that are all over the place, it's the history timeline that's messing you up. College policies change frequently, so as changes occur, new strategies are thought up and members post those strategies. The posts from 2015 are on point. If you are looking up older posts, you're going to be confused, because there was a time when FCC was not the suggested path (too expensive, unnecessary) but it's not the only path for rolling those credits into TESC.
