Help with degree plan for combined Math & Environmental Studies

SOME colleges take ACE credits, most state school systems and well known private schools do NOT take them. The for profit schools, and UMPI, SNHU, WGU etc tend to take them

Not necessarily true. If someone is able to transfer in the right credits from another university, this degree could be possible. The trouble would be getting the relevant credits in the correct areas. 99% sure that it's been done before, though. If not Env. Science, then something else that I cannot recall right now. The main trouble would be that those specific credits wouldn't come cheap.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

What university offers non-matriculated UL math or ES credits to the point that would satisfy the requirements at UMPI for each respective degree? I can not think of any situation where this would be possible and if it was why not just get the degree from the original university? In addition, you'd need yourpace resident major UL credits in math or ES at UMPI, which they do not offer. It makes 0 sense. UMPI has some specific agriculture-required classes, which aren't really readily available.

There are a few online options for ES or math, just go there instead of wargaming a convoluted mess. TESU comes to mind for MAth, ES at SNHU.

If you're not able to find Masters programs that will accept 'any' undergrad, then do the TESU BA Environmental Studies & Math double major combo, this is to get all the prerequisites for the Masters program of choice... Having said that, if you're able to find a Masters program (such as in Applied Math or Environmental Studies), that doesn't require a specific undergrad, then by all means, that would be my choice...
