Ouch, I actually really wanted to get into their U-Power program a few years ago, but the year I asked about enrolling they cancelled the program. That was the year WGU had been audited and was scrutinized for competency based programs, ultimately, nothing happened much with WGU but Hodges and some other colleges shut down their CBE programs... I wonder what would happen if they kept the U-Power program and used 'other innovative' ways to get more enrollment.

This is too bad, they were actually ahead of their times with the U-Power program. Like you, it was my graduate degree plan when I started working on my TESU bachelor.

Seems like more and more colleges are struggling with the financial aspect in regards to their accreditation.

Sadly, Yes, they've closed down as per the same article in the first post... There are alternatives to similar programs from other CBE providers though...
