Teaching Certification On Line?

I am prepping for my first of many Psych CLEPS. I have flashcards made, have been doing my daily practice on InstantCert (love that site!) and think about Human Growth and Development most of the day. I am planning to get through all 24 units for my BA by April. I already have all the other courses satisfied from my 4 years at a state university so I just need this last bit to grab the degree. The plan is to then jump right into getting my Teaching Certification as fast as I can. I have been checking around for some options for getting the TC online. I see Western Governors University but does anyone else have any other hot leads on a good, fast program?

I don't know about fast but there is American Public University M.Ed. Elementary online with teacher certification. Also there is Rio Salado College.

I know that there are others.
