Hello. I’ve applied and was accepted for the start date in October. I received an email stating that I will hear soon about transfer credits and will be able to enroll in classes after I review them. But it’s been almost a week and haven’t received that email yet. Also I want to double check that I applied to right program. I applied for business administration-accounting but then I saw somewhere (don’t remember where) it said ba accounting.
Does anyone have the best email that I can use to find out about this?
Thanks.

It will take a few weeks after you've been accepted. You won't get a notice. You'll just see the credits appear in your MaineStreet account. In your acceptance email did it list your major? It's in your MaineStreet as well.

Better get used to being patient with UMPI. Took a couple weeks. Degree plan took another week or two.
Just wait it out, they will get back to you. They didn’t forget.

@flcat, you're transferring from the WGU accounting program to the UMPI BA Accounting version? Yes, it does take time to complete the evaluation and get the details, I would wait a bit more and email them a week or so before your classes start just to make sure you're "in".

Agree with the above: be patient and it should show up. At the same time, you'll want to gently stay on top of things and send an email if you don't see anything show up in MaineStreet in the next week or two. It's unfortunate, but a few students have "fallen through the cracks" and their evaluations/plans weren't completed in a timely manner. Which meant that they weren't able to start in the session they wanted to begin their studies.

Good to know. Do you happen to know the best person to reach out to make sure everything is on track?
