That's probably special pricing valid only for certain countries, their standard prices are much higher (even after all the promo discounts).
(Their prices vary significantly, depending on the country. For example even in quite homogeneous Europe, they offer different discounts for different countries.)

This is the price for both El Salvador, and the US(Used a VPN, just in case to see what the price is like for Americans)

Can you show us how you're getting those prices? Because I did a mock sign-up in the United States and got € 721.25/mth. Are you using a voucher code? And if so, can you tell us what it is?

This isn't a bad deal at all... if only their response time is better, or their support is more actively assisting prospective students, and following up with clients, they'll probably do a better job in attracting new domestic, international, or past students too. I don't recall, do they have alumni discounts in addition to whatever they currently have already?

@bjcheung77 I don't know if they have any further discounts for alumni, but they have referral codes where you get a free month of tuition and the link owner gets 100EUR(Undergraduate programs) or up to 200EUR(graduate programs)

With US VPN, I see $726 per month.
Their pricing tactics is likely relatively complex, it might also depend on cookies, initial entry point to the website etc. (Today I've tried also Peruvian and Colombian VPN, price was USD 593, whereas yesterday it was maybe half of that. Private browsing, the only difference that today I denied cookies even for private tab, and entered he program link directly) On top of it, it's also possible to get further discounts from their student advisors, and for certain countries they also offer scholarships (eg. for India, scholarship is currently 67% or so).

Hmm, I guess the only way to get a better discount than on the website is to apply and then ask for a discount before you accept their enrollment fees? If I'm really interested, I'll go for all the discounts they can get before starting the program... At EUR2498, that's a good deal actually, if they're charging less/more just because you're in a different country, there really isn't anything you can do except by asking or applying to whatever discount, bursary, scholarship, etc they may have.

2495EUR include the EUR500 fee for not having a bachelors, you can apply to the same program with bachelors without paying that fee.

Price seems to actually change by IP, from my workplace computer, these are the prices:

Plus, an additional EUR799 graduation fees that did not appear from my residential connection.

I personally dislike IU's hyper-dynamic pricing model. It's really difficult to tell if you're getting a good deal or if you're getting screwed over compared to everyone else. I guess if it's worth it to you it's not necessarily bad prices. But I know I'd be upset if I was paying 500/mo and I found out that my next door neighbor was paying 300/mo simply because they visited between 4pm and 5pm on the third Wednesday of the month while I visited between 11pm and noon on the 2nd Saturday of the same month.

There are sales and then there is "show everyone different prices and hope someone enrolls". IU may be legit, but these tactics don't make them feel like it.
